RFP – Indigenous Policy and Administration

SPPA631

Indigenous Policy and Administration

Growing Indigenous governments and nations; foundational shifts in federal, provincial and territorial policies and laws, major Supreme Court decisions – all increase the need for innovators who can work in the complex field of Indigenous policy and administration with a level of cultural competency and an understanding of Indigenous history, law, economics and politics that go beyond a simple awareness of Aboriginal issues.

Carleton’s School of Public Policy and Administration seeks to prepare such innovators and leaders by offering the Graduate Diploma in Indigenous Policy and Administration (IPA), as well as an IPA concentration within the MA in Public Administration.
